Big Blue Diving Koh Tao SSI Diving Courses, Fun Dives and Professional Training Big Blue Diving has been operating on Koh Tao since 1991 and is based at Sairee Beach. As an SSI Diamond Dive Centre, the company provides beginner scuba experiences, internationally recognised certification courses, guided fun dives, professional instructor training, technical diving and marine-conservation programmes. The centre has dedicated classrooms, equipment facilities and its own training pool. Big Blue also operates a fleet of purpose-built dive boats equipped for daily trips around Koh Tao. Standard recreational training generally includes diving equipment, boat transportation, instructor supervision and digital learning materials. Diving Experiences and Courses Basic Scuba Diver SSI Scuba Diver Course SSI Open Water Diver Open Water and Advanced Package SSI Advanced Adventurer SSI Rescue Diver Guided Fun Diving Khao Lak Liveaboard Trips Big Blue also operates a Khao Lak division serving the Similan and Surin Islands, generally between mid-October and late April. A typical four-day liveaboard includes 14 dives, four nights’ accommodation, meals, non-alcoholic beverages, tanks, weights, a dive guide and selected Phuket-area transfers.
