These terms apply when you browse Arkhipelag or place a booking through our website. The booking service is operated by Arkhipelag. By completing checkout, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the payment.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and delivery of a confirmation email. The payer is responsible for providing the correct participant names, contact details and activity date.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. Payment is processed by the selected third-party payment provider. Arkhipelag does not store card or online-banking credentials.

4. Changes, cancellation and refunds

The cancellation terms displayed on the product page form part of your booking. Weather, safety or operational conditions may require a supplier to adjust the itinerary or offer an alternative date. The Refund policy explains how eligible refunds are handled.

5. Participation

Participants must follow safety instructions and disclose relevant health or accessibility requirements before the activity. Age and suitability restrictions shown on the experience page apply.

6. Local suppliers

Tours and activities are delivered by independent local suppliers identified in the booking information. Arkhipelag coordinates the online reservation and support. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
